Sorry, but we do not have printed catalogs available. Our online store represents our entire inventory available. We are constantly adding new products and enhancing our online store. We always are appreciative of any suggestions or comments you might have for card ideas or improving your online experience.

Do we keep your information or email private?
Kersten Cards is committed to protecting your privacy. We only require information (including address and credit card information) of our customers in order to provide our services and to keep you informed of your order. We will never share, trade or sell our customers personal information.
Is your site secure?
Orders are processed using the Miva Merchant secure server processing system, which provides the highest level of online transaction security. This Web site secures your private information using a GEOTrust SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
What is your return policy?
Kersten Cards fully guarantees the package you receive against any bending, tearing, breaking or any other kind of damage which may occur during the shipping process. If there was damage, you must contact Customer Support within 5 days of receiving your order at support or call us at (866) 419-1001
If an error was made on our part during the processing of your order, we will fully refund your order or re-send a corrected order to you immediately.
What payment types do you accept?
Kersten Cards will accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure network. We also accept money orders or cashier checks. Please send all money orders or cashier checks to:

How much do your cards, invitations and labels cost?
Individual prices for each product varies and pricing details can be found on each product. Discounts may apply for larger quantities.

What if I want to use a font or color not on your list?
We will do everything possible to accomodate your needs, so please just email us the font you would like for us to use. Our font list is located here: Font List
Can you print a logo or signature(s) on my cards?
We would be happy to print your cards with your company logo or employee signatures. Both logo or signature must be in JPEG format. Please email your logo to email@example.com. There is no additional charge added to the 35¢ per card imprinting charge.
Can I get a proof of my personalization?
We can send you proof of your order via email, but you must let us know in advance. Also keep in mind that this will slow down the turn around time of your order. Please respond to our email as soon as possible so we can process your order in a timely fashion.
How much does custom imprinting of my cards cost?
Kersten Cardsn offers custom printing for all Christmas cards, greeting cards, invitations and announcement orders. Custom printing is priced by the pack (12 cards and 13 envelopes and does not include the price of the cards themselves). Personalization is priced very low at only 40¢ per card
($4.80 per pack) and envelopes are 25¢ each ($3.00 per pack). Discounts will apply for larger orders.

How soon will we ship and how long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship within 3 business days if we have the item in stock, regardless if you choose custom imprinting or not. We do offer 24 hours turn around for a low price of $5. All orders are shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona via Parcel Post by default, unless otherwise specified by the customer. We offer several other shipping options including UPS and Priority Mail. Please note that Parcel Post about a week to deliver, depending on your location. We suggest priority mail for the most economical way to get a quick delivery.
What shipping options do we offer?
We offer several shipping options for your order. These include
UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and USPS Priority Mail, but we recommend USPS priority mail for the most economical expedited postage choice.
All international orders will be sent UPS or USPS depending on cost and may require an extra charge.
How much is shipping?
ALL ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING, Us Only. All other shipping cost are calculated according to your physical address and shipping method you choose. We do not add any extra charges such as a handling fee.
Do we ship outside the US?
All Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and might require additional lead-time to receive your order. All other orders will be shipped USPS and will take extra time (usually at least 2 weeks) to receive your order due to customs in your country.
